Small family of two with big dog looking for helper

We are a small family of two — a British husband and an Asian wife — living in Singapore, looking for an experienced, responsible and caring helper to join our household.

We both work from home and travel frequently. We are looking for someone who is independent, trustworthy, organised and genuinely loves dogs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Taking care of our large, gentle and friendly dog — this is one of the most important parts of the job. Duties include feeding, walking, cleaning and ensuring his daily well-being.
• Cooking daily meals, including both Asian and Western dishes.
• General housekeeping, laundry, ironing and keeping our home clean and tidy is important.
• Managing daily household routines independently, especially when we are travelling.

Our Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a domestic helper, preferably with good references from previous employers.
• Must genuinely love dogs, especially large breeds. Our dog is big but extremely gentle and affectionate. If you are afraid of large dogs or uncomfortable handling them, please do not apply.
• Prior experience caring for large dogs is highly preferred.
• Good cooking skills and willingness to learn new recipes.
• Honest, reliable, responsible and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Someone who takes initiative, pays attention to details and treats our home and dog with care.
