Transfer Helper Wanted (Already in Singapore)

About Us:We are a warm and nurturing family of three, consisting of a dedicated Sir, an attentive Madam, and our lively 14-month-old son. Madam works from home while Sir commutes to the office three days a week.

Who We Are Looking For:

• We are seeking a skilled domestic helper from the Philippines, Myanmar, or Indonesia who is currently residing in Singapore (transfer only).
• This is a direct hire position with no agency involvement.
• Good communication skills in English are preferred.

Main Requirements:

• Cooking (key requirement): We are looking for a confident cook willing to learn our preferred healthy dishes. Experience in Chinese cooking is desirable, but familiarity with other Asian cuisines is a plus. Please note that Madam will also be cooking on occasion.
• Preferred dishes: Our family enjoys steamed dishes, light braised meals, soups, salads, and noodles.
• Preferred methods: Our favorite cooking techniques include steaming, boiling, pressure-cooking, air-frying, and light braising. Deep-frying and excessive stir-frying are not preferred methods.
• Childcare (key requirement): Your responsibilities will include bathing, changing diapers, and feeding our son to encourage healthy eating habits. You will also engage with him during playtime and supervise him indoors and outdoors, with Madam always present. Starting in January 2027, our son will begin attending part-time childcare.
• Housekeeping: You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the house, the child's room, and toys based on a structured weekly cleaning schedule.
