HELPER WANTED: JOIN OUR FAMILY TEAM
Hello! We're a warm and welcoming family of four (American husband with Hong Kong Chinese wife) looking for a new helper to join our team.
OUR FAMILY
- Two Adults
- Two Children: A 4-year-old daughter and a 1.5-year-old son.
- We already have a wonderful Filipino helper who is fantastic with the children and cooking.
We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, and organized helper to primarily focus on general housekeeping and laundry. Experience working with a Hong Kong Chinese family is a significant plus!
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Focus
- General Housekeeping & Laundry: You will be responsible for all daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, and keeping our three-story landed home clean and tidy. This is the most essential part of the role.
- Pet Care: Caring for our family rabbit (feeding, cleaning its enclosure, and ensuring its well-being).
- Errands: Running grocery errands and handling other household tasks as needed.
Team Support (Secondary Role) You will be working alongside our existing helper. Your secondary role is to provide back-up support:
- Assisting with childcare (feeding, bathing, playing) for the two children, especially when the main helper is on her day off or occupied.
- Cooking when the main helper is off (experience with Chinese cuisine is a bonus!).

- Competitive Salary: Starting salary will be commensurate with experience, well above the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) minimum wage.
