Western and Hong Kong Chinese Family of 2+1 For Helper

Dear Experienced Helper,

We are a happy family here in Singapore with two adult (one English and one Chinese) with an 11 yrs old handsome son. We are looking for a mature and experienced helper who is looking for a new job here in Singapore.

The requirements are:

1. Good at Cleaning, Laundry, including car wash;
2. Good at cooking for international food, Chinese herb soups, western food. If you are not good at cooking but interest in learning, we can teach you at the beginning;
3. Interest in Food nutrition's and independently able to list out shopping list within budget given wkly;
4. A always happy characteristic person will be great;
5. There is a room for you to live and have your own shower and bathroom;
6. No terminated contract either to the Employer or be terminated; no break contract, we appreciate respect contract and full fill the contract in a resilient manner who is looking for a place for a long term period but not just one contract;
7. Your off day shall be every sunday; of course if necessary both parties can notice each other with given minimum one week's notice for alternative off day.
8. The salary shall be paid at the end of the month and there is no OT payment;
9. The rest are all just common professional domestic helpers requirements.
