Western Expat + 2 Uni Age Kids Needs Cook / Housekeeper

American Expat - in SG for 20+ years; Had two previous helpers for over 10 years each - both retired

Single, divorced father of two grown daughters away in uni overseas, they visit 1-2 months per year

Will have private bedroom in 3 bedroom new condo in East Coast

Primary responsiblity is cooking: healthy foods, MUST be able to follow recipes and know basics of cooking and baking. Prepare lunch for me to take to office 3 days per week and dinner 6 days per week. I follow a rather strict diet of healthy food with no deep friend foods, low oil, low salt, low or no sugar or butter. Able to cook all types of meat including pork. All recipes provided so must be able to follow recipe books. You are welcome to eat the same food or cook own. If you ever worked in a restaurant, hotel or assisted as cook, that would be great. Also responsible for shopping and managing household groceries and supplies.

Secondary responsibility is house cleaning, laundry and pet care for one cat. Feed cat, clean litter, play and provide medicine when needed.

Lastly, plant care. Have three balconies with plants so watering, pruning and clearing area required.

2 Adult children return from uni from time to time so would care for them as well: cooking, laundry etc. when they are home - usually June to August and 2-3 weeks in December.

I work in offcie Tuesday to Thursday and at home Monday and Friday. Must be good at time management and be able to think and work independently.
