Western family helper

We are the family of 2 adults and 2 kids (4 yo and 1 yo girls)

We're Russians and  live in Singapore for 2.5 years. We haven't sofar any experience with helper. We would like to deligate mostly cooking and housekeeping.

We are looking for person who enjoys this and bend to keep things clean and in order.

I'm keen to share the recipes and techniques you just need to be open. I expect answers and informing me in case you are considering smth in household. Asking bring continuous improvement in our hopefully long collaboration.
