Western family looking for a domestic worker

Looking for a caring and hard working helper to join our family. 

We have a young daughter Penelope (2.5years old) who is curious and loving. We are looking for someone who can love and care for her in the home.  The right person should be energetic and engaging. They should be also reassuring and confident in the abilities in child minding.  We also are looking for a dog lover. Pluto is a 9 year old female cocker spaniel who loves human company. She would need to be walked from time to time and also cared for when we go on holidays.
