Western family looking for full time helper

Looking for a full time helper to care for our family.  Job would entail basic household cleaning and care of aging pets (very easy care) and our 10 year old son.  Cooking would be a plus, but both my wife and I cook and there will be no need to do the shopping.  We have a small garden that does not need much care, however, we do have some plants and herbs.  Sunday is always a day off unless you would like to earn extra money.
