Western family looking for helper

We are a Spanish Family of four (my husband, my two kids - 3y and 1y old - and myself) + 2 adorable cats.  

We are looking for someone currently based out in Sigapore - that takes care of the kids and of the house,  Also for cooking. We really want a trustful person that enjoys the time with the kids. This for us is very important. Preferably with prior experience with kids. References are valuable.  

For us is very important that the person who starts working with us feels part of the family and feels comfortable with us. We had been working with a helper in Spain (from Philipines as well), she could give you references about us.
