Western family looking for helper

Hi, we are a family of 4 with 2 boys (ages 11 and 12), a very sweet dog and 2 love birds.  We live in a 3 bedroom apartment in the River Valley area. We are looking for a helper with a good amount of experience who can COOK!  Cooking is a large part of our lives and we are very flexible eaters with regards to types of food (although there are some dietary restrictions).  Anyway, I can happily teach some recipes.  We need our helper to be independent and create her own cleaning schedule.  All I care about is having a clean house!  I will not give daily instructions so you would have a large amount of freedom to work as best suits you.  We do, however, need someone with a good level of spoken and written English and excellent manners as we would like to teach the same manners to our children.   Sundays are off.  Besides cooking and cleaning, duties would include occasional shopping (I do most of it online), laundry, car washing, walking, bathing and feeding the dog, feeding the birds, keeping a track of what's in the fridge, keeping the house organized (not just clean), and, did I mention cooking?  Lots of cooking.   All this requires someone with excellent management skills which means very organized and able to handle many things at one time.  Please do not apply if you do not have these qualities.  Other than that, happy to meet you!
