Western Family looking for longterm helper

Family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 children aged 3Months and the other 3.5 years. I am a very hands-on mother and would like to stay heavily involved in the children’s routines and care. We are not looking for someone to fully take over the childcare role, but rather someone who can strongly support the household and family life overall.

The ideal profile for us would be someone who:- is strong with household management and cleaning- has high standards for cleanliness and deep cleaning- can manage laundry, ironing, bed sheets, folding, etc.- can help with cooking and meal preparation- is comfortable doing grocery shopping and general household support- can support with school logistics over time

A very important point for us is adaptability and openness. We have specific ways we like things done in the household, including:- our style of cooking and food preferences- using more natural/non-chemical cleaning products- our routines and organisation at home
