Western family with 2 kids looking for 1 helper

We are 2 parents, 2 kids (13yo and 9yo), no pets, live near Lakeside MRT. The helper would have her own room, own shower, Sunday and public holidays off.  Primary responsibilities are housekeeping, helping to look after the kids, and making dinner around 5 times a week.   Looking for someone motivated, kind and very patient with kids, can keep a house clean and organised.  Our small house has 3 floors so need someone energetic to manage stairs.  We appreciate experience and honest communication.  Would like to view reference letters and be able to contact past employers.
