Western + Singaporean Family (w dog) Looking for a Helper

My name is Dan and my girlfriend’s name is Linn. We live together with our dog, Bruno who is 32kg Bernese Mountain Dog. I am American and Linn is Singaporean. We are both in our early 30’s and have busy careers.

Primarily, our needs are four things:

• Happy Healthy dog
• Healthy meals
• Clean house
• Market and good price for groceries

 

Dog Care

• Bruno extremely friendly and happy dog
• likes 2-3 walks per day. 1 hour in morning around 630-7AM,  one walk short in afternoon, one walk is 45minutes in evening.
• Feed twice per day
• Take him to beach ~1-2 times per week, shower him afterwards to keep house sand-free
• Brush teeth and fur once daily

Healthy meals

• Dan eats whole fruits, vegetables and meats, sometimes “Whole 30” low carb diet
• Important to use low oil, and butter
• Reduced/no added sugar
• Olive oil and health fats like seeds, nuts and avocado are okay
• Lots of fresh veggies with every meal

Clean house

• we have expectation of daily cleaning of floors due to Bruno shedding a lot.
• We expect house to be clean at all times

Marketing

• We find the walk to the market at Marine Parade gives the best price for produce.
• We will pay for food but expect helper to help find the places to buy fresh healthy ingredients at the best price.
• There is a FairPrice finest near our house that can be used for quick ingredients but mostly better prices are a 10 minute walk

Overall household decorum and mutual respect

• we keep a happy and loving home. If we are to accept a helper coming in, she must add to the good energy of our home.
• We will respect our helper and welcome her. We expect mutual and reciprocal respect in return.
• We want honest and upfront communication and feedback. If something is not to your liking, we expect to be told immediately so we can work out an issue quickly and fair.
