Working couple looking for helper to care for 2yo and 5yo

my husband and I are both working and we are looking for helper who is independent and reliable to look after our 2 boys (5 years old and 2 years old). The 5 years old goes to full day preschool in the weekday, the 2 years old will go to preschool next year February. The helper will need to prepare both of them to school and cook dinner for the kids and family. As the helper will be in close contact with the children, prefers helper no off days or off once a month.
