Working Indian Parents, looking for a new auntie

Hello, We are looking for an auntie to join our household. We are Indian, both working parents and older kids (13,10) boys. No child care is needed. Duties mostly good cooking (especially Indian), baking and taking good care of household chores including grocery shopping. We live in a condo, centrally located in Singapore. We would like her to be independant, self driven and do the work dilligently, without the need of supervision. Due to our working hours, our helpers get ample of rest during the day, and can manage their tasks easily. We would to see the previous employer's reference letter and speak if possible. We are only looking at transfer helpers, finished contracts or break contract (due to relocation), currently based in Singapore.
