Working mom looking for childcare helper

I'm looking for a helper to care for my 9 year old son. Responsibilities will include getting him ready for school and helping him get to any afterschool activities. I would also like someone that can ensure he completes any homework and prepares him for bed. Meal preparation and marketing is also expected. During the day I would like the residence to be cleaned and any laundry to be handled twice weekly. I do travel for a minimum 7 days monthly, so the helper would be the sole caretaker during my absence. I need someone that could handle any urgent matters during my absence and would ensure that his daily needs are met.
