Young family looking for helper take care of new born baby

I'm a Singaporean Chinese, I have a new born baby boy who is 8 days old. We live in central a small condo(1b). Helper needs to stay in living room. Most of the time only me and baby, my husband will come back to SG once a while. We are looking for a helper who is loving kids and willing take good care of baby, need to do general house chores and simple cooking. Lauguge either fluent in English or Mandarin. I'm a working mummy, need a helper who will turly love my baby. Higher qualification or any other skills will be taken into considerstion.
