American couple with a baby looking for a nanny

My husband and I are looking for a nanny and housekeeper. I am currently pregnant and expecting our first child in late-April. We want someone who speaks English and has experience taking care of newborns/babies. We need someone who can perform daily housework and chores, take care of the baby while we work, and help with cooking when needed. Someone who knows how to cook is a plus.
