Family Caregiver 85-year-old female (H:150cm, W:65)

Job Description: Stay-in Family Caregiver

Primary Responsibility: Provide dedicated companionship and care for an 85-year-old female patient (Lola). She has Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

• Patient’s Profile: Height: 150 cm / Weight: 65 kg.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities and ensure personal hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

• Daycare Routine: The patient is sent to a government daycare center every morning. While she is away, you are required to stay at home to clean her living area. This routine may change depending on the patient's health condition in the future.

• Emotional Support and Patience: Due to her condition, the patient may experience mood swings or emotional outbursts. You must be very patient, capable of comforting her, and able to keep her in a happy and positive mood.

• Rotation Schedule (Lipat-bahay): Every two weeks, you will move with the patient to rotate between the homes of her three sons. Transportation between houses will be provided.

• Household Composition:

  • 1st Son’s House: 7 family members.

  • 2nd Son’s House: 5 family members.

  • 3rd Son’s House: 5 family members.

• Meal Preparation: Prepare meals according to the specific needs of each household. For breakfast, you only need to prepare a meal for the patient.

• Dining Out: If the family eats out during holidays or weekends, you are not required to cook at home.

• Day Off: 1 rest day for every 7 days of work. If you are requested to work on your rest day, overtime pay (OT) will be provided.

• Language: Fluent in English.

Contract Terms:

• Contract Duration: Initial 3-year term. If performance is good, the contract can be renewed for another 3 years.

• Travel Restriction: During the 3-year contract, returning to the Philippines for vacation/home leave is not allowed.

• Salary:

  • Basic Monthly Salary: NT$20,000.

  • Holiday Overtime: NT$667 per day (calculated based on actual days worked during holidays).
