Executive Housekeeper

OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, discreet, and highly organised Private Housekeeper to manage the day-today running of a private residence to an exceptional standard. The ideal candidate will have prior experienceworking in VIP or UHNW households, demonstrate impeccable attention to detail, and take pride indelivering high quality, proactive service.Key Responsibilities:Housekeeping & Household Management• Maintain the residence to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times• Daily, weekly, and deep-cleaning duties, including care of fine surfaces, furnishings, and valuables• Monitor household supplies, manage inventory, and restock as required• Liaise with external service providers (maintenance, cleaners, technicians, etc.)Laundry & Wardrobe Management• Full responsibility for laundry, including washing, handwashing, drying, pressing, and steaming• Expert care of high-end and delicate garments• Wardrobe organisation, rotation, and seasonal storage• Polishing and care of shoes and accessories• Packing and unpacking for business and leisure travelCooking & Kitchen Management• Prepare healthy, high-quality meals (daily cooking essential)• Ability to tailor menus to preferences, dietary requirements, and schedules• Maintain impeccable kitchen hygiene and organisation• Grocery shopping and pantry managementTravel & Lifestyle Support• Efficient packing for international travel, including garments, accessories, and essentials• Preparation of the home before and after travel• Anticipate needs and ensure a smooth return homeDesired Experience & Skills• Proven experience in VIP, private, or luxury household environments• Excellent cooking skills (home-style and healthy cuisine preferred)• Strong knowledge of garment care, luxury fabrics, and wardrobe presentation• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented• Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently• Well-presented, professional, and service-mindedPersonal Attributes• Calm, reliable, and adaptable• High level of personal integrity and confidentiality• Takes initiative and anticipates needs without being instructed• Discrete presence with a “no drama” approach
