Filipino family looking for experienced house helper

I’m looking and in need of urgent house helper. If you are available and interested, this would be my basic requirements:

1. Can cook, clean well and be able to supervise my 2 children during their online school due to Pandemic. 
2. Be able to do groceries and budgeting
3. Be able to iron clothes
4. I need you to be patient and make yourself clear if you don’t understand anything
5. I need trustworthy and honest

Offer:

1. $700 monthly with GHC 1,000. Local allowance
2. Your room will be on the ground floor (outside access) with toilet and bath (but no AC connection only ceiling fan)
3. one (1) day off but I need flexibility because sometimes we need to host event, but definitely, you will have 1 day off every week.
4. You have a medical insurance
5. You will have annual vacation for 30 days, but your air ticket will be after 2 years of your contract from Ghana to Manila. I will also provide Manila to Ghana if you wish to continue your service with us. Then after 3 years, you will have yearly ticket.
