We're Looking for a Live-in Family Assistant – Ras Al Khaimah

We are a warm, easy-going family of three — two adults and an energetic 2.5-year-old boy — living in a beautiful villa in a gated condominium in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. We also have two friendly, well-behaved dogs who are very much part of our family.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and caring Filipino lady to join us long-term as our live-in Family Assistant & Housekeeper. This is not just a cleaning job — we need someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a family and takes pride in running a home smoothly.

What the Role Involves:

• Organising and managing the household day-to-day

• Proactively planning meals and cooking for the family

• Grocery tracking — knowing what's running low and advising what to buy

• Keeping the villa clean, tidy, and well-maintained

• Playing with and helping develop our toddler son after school/nursery

• Walking our two dogs three times a day

• Acting as a household organiser and support in managing the home

• General household tasks and errands as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Filipino nationality

• Prior experience as a live-in housekeeper or family assistant, with experience in Hong Kong or Macao preferred

• Experience with young children (toddler age) and babies

• Comfortable around dogs — this is a must

• Organised, proactive, and self-motivated — someone who notices what needs to be done without being asked

• Trustworthy, responsible, and emotionally mature

• Good communication in English

• Looking for a long-term position and a place to truly call home
