French family looking for maid

We are a French family of 2 adults: my husband and I and 2 children (1 and 4 years old). I'm looking for a very dynamic, organized maid who loves children and knows how to cook (basically). The maid will have to: - clean the house properly and efficiently - take care of my kids when they are not in the school - take the initiative - remembering our habits and integrating into the family - smiling and cheerful - already has significant experience as a maid and doesn't need me behind her. - maid live in As far as we're concerned: we live in a lovely house in Dubai, the maid has her own detached house. We're very respectful.
