Good family looking for a good nanny/housemaid

We are a family of four (two adults and two children). We'd like to find someone who cleans well, can cook, and can take care of children when necessary. We have a full time nanny already. We are a good family from the U.S. and the U.K. and treat our staff well and respectfully. We hope to find someone who delivers good quality work and is honest and kind to join our family.
