Healthy Home Cook/ House Manager

1) Prepare healthy meals in a private home Healthy Home Cook/House Manager 

1) Prepare healthy meals in a private home according to employers' recipes or tastes, handling all meals for the family and possibly for other household staff. 

2) Stock, organize, and clean kitchens and cooking utensils. Must be English-speaking and +5 years experience 

3) Shop for or order food and kitchen supplies and equipment.

4) Serve meals and snacks to families and their guests.

5) Plan menus according to employers' needs and diet restrictions.

6) Plan and prepare food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events.

7) Peel, wash, trim, and cook vegetables and meats, and create a hygienic, non-toxic environment 

8) Direct the operation and organization of kitchens and all food-related activities, including the presentation and serving of food.

9) Must be pet-friendly and also serve household pet, maltese dog, his meals (2x a day). Meals will be ordered from Pet Nutritonist 

10) Specialize in preparing fancy dishes and/or food for special diets.

11) Assess and restock wine and spirit collections as necessary

12) Take on House Manager role and coordinate/handle any external deliveries or services in-house

** Full-time, one day off per week. 1 month leave after 1 year work. Visa provided.

Salary: 5,000 (Live-out) & 3,500 (with accommodation)
