Housekeeper for Western Home - Calm, Detail-Oriented

We are a small, growing family (baby on the way!) looking for a highly organized, independent housekeeper who enjoys working in a peaceful, low-noise environment. We love to cook, maintain an efficient kitchen, and care deeply about cleanliness and home flow. We also have two small dogs who love affection, so being comfortable bonding with pets is important.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who is naturally organized and enjoys systems + structure

• Works independently, takes initiative, and learns without constant direction

• Enjoys cooking or being in the kitchen — bonus if you like watching recipe videos, learning new recipes, and helping with basic meal prep

• Understands fridge and food safety (rotating items, reducing waste, labeling, etc.)

• Professionally trained or experienced in cleaning

• Comfortable with non-toxic / eco-friendly cleaning products

• Loves dogs and will enjoy giving cuddles and attention to our two small pups

Daily / Weekly Tasks Include:

• General house cleaning (bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, dusting)

• Kitchen upkeep (wiping surfaces, organizing, managing fridge/pantry, dishwasher)

• Laundry (washing, folding, ironing occasionally)

• Staying aware of what needs attention without being asked

Environment:

• Calm, introverted household — no chaos, no loud energy

• We respect personal space and independence

 

A video interview followed by an in person interview and a trial will be required. We are located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi.
