Housemaid & Office Lady

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housemaid/Office Lady to support a private household and office in Dubai. This role requires high standards in cleaning, laundry & ironing, kitchen hygiene, guest service, and household/office organization. The position is full-time, live-out, with Saturday & Sunday off. A UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

General Housekeeping (including Office)

• Daily cleaning of living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, office areas, and high-touch surfaces
• Deep-clean routines
• Floor care
• Glass & windows: streak-free cleaning
• Organization of storage areas; labeling and orderliness

Laundry & Ironing

• Ironing at highest standard and neat folding/wardrobe organization
• Sorting by colors, fabric types, and care labels
• Safe stain treatment and correct washer/dryer programs
• Handling delicate/luxury garments; coordination with dry cleaners when required

Kitchen

• Kitchen hygiene: surfaces, sinks, appliances (oven/hob/microwave/dishwasher)
• Fridge/pantry organization, expiry checks, weekly grocery list preparation
• Occasional guest service standards

Gardening & Outdoor Areas

• Daily tidiness of patio/outdoor furniture; basic plant watering/pruning
• Outdoor kitchen/BBQ and pool area cleaning (no technical maintenance required)

Driving & Errands (if licensed)

• Airport drop-offs/pick-ups, grocery and household errands
• Safe city driving and navigation using Google Maps/Waze

Household Organization & Inventory

• Track cleaning supplies
• Check deliveries and receipts; clear expense reporting

Appliances & Smart Home

• Correct use/care of washer/dryer, vacuum types, dishwasher, oven/hob/microwave
• Follow equipment manuals; basic familiarity with smart switches/timers

Security, Safety & First Aid

• Door/window locking routines; alarm/CCTV awareness and confidentiality
• Fire safety basics (extinguisher/blanket), safe electricity use in wet areas

Professionalism & House Rules

• Discretion and confidentiality at all times; respectful communication
• Adherence to detailed house rules and written checklists
• Professional appearance and personal hygiene

Work Schedule & Conditions

• Schedule: 5 days/week (Monday–Friday). Weekend off: Saturday & Sunday
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/events; overtime in emergencies may apply
• Live-out position
• Tools, supplies, and checklists are provided

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of professional housekeeping experience in private households (ideally also office environment) in the UAE
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management
• Good English communication (spoken/written); able to follow written checklists
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
• Ability to use messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) for instructions/updates
• Willingness to undergo reference checks; valid visa/eligibility to work in UAE
