International Family looking for full-time nanny

We are a family of 3 relocating to Dubai in winter 2026. Looking for a long-term, full-time nanny for our energetic and imaginative 3yo. We value emotional safety, connection, clear-communication, and community - looking for someone who shares these values to work with us as a team to help our daughter thrive. Before the role begins in full, we'd love for our new nanny to come spend time with us in Monaco - a paid bonding period to get to know our daughter and setting into the family before our move.

Youthful and fun, but mature enough to be trusted with a child’s entire day.• Playful and imaginative — thrives IN a 3-year-old’s world, not just supervises it• Emotionally intelligent and genuinely attuned to children• Naturally curious about child development and psychology and eager to apply it• A true collaborator with deeply involved parents• Seeking long-term, stable employment with a loving family• Fully present during working hours — able to actively play and engage our daughter all dayRESPONSIBILITIES• Play, and then play some more — active, imaginative engagement is the entire job• Organize and attend playdates and extracurricular activities• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of playroom, pram, and toys• Ensure daily snacks and meals are packed (in collaboration with parents and housekeeper)• Support emotional regulation calmly and skillfully - be the supportive and safe space for big feelings• Learn and apply child development and psychology principles daily• Collaborate with parents on routines and approaches that support our daughter’s growthTHE ROLE & PACKAGE• Location: Dubai, starting winter 2026• Hours: 8–10 hrs/day, 5 - 6 days/week, 9–10 AM start; weekly schedule varies with family activities• Salary: AED 6,500–9,200/month DOE• Live-out preferred — live-in available if needed• Some travel with the family required• Visa sponsorship fully provided and paid• Healthcare providedEmail correspondence is preferred at this stage.
