Live-in Housemaid / Nanny Needed in Istanbul, Türkiye

We are a family of four living in Istanbul, Türkiye, looking for an experienced, energetic, and responsible live-in housemaid/nanny for a stable, long-term position.

We have a 4-year-old daughter who attends school during the day and a 1-month-old baby, so previous experience with babies and young children is very important.

Responsibilities

• General house cleaning
• Cooking
• Ironing and laundry
• Vacuuming and keeping the home organized
• Helping with childcare, especially the baby during the day
• Accompanying our family when we go outside when needed

Working Conditions

• Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
• Live-in position
• We live in an apartment and there is no separate maid’s room
• As I work during the week and also need support on weekends, a fixed weekly day off every week is not possible
• We are an active family and often spend time outside, and our maid usually accompanies us
• 1-month probation period
• Minimum 2 months’ notice is required before leaving
• Salary is negotiable depending on experience, childcare skills, and overall profile
• We are looking for a long-term commitment, ideally around 3 years

Candidate Requirements

• Energetic, responsible, positive, trustworthy, and caring with children
• Good experience with newborn/baby care
• Valid passport with sufficient remaining validity
• Valid UAE residence permit
• Previous verifiable work experience in Dubai
• References/contact details from previous employers
• Medical/health report confirming physical fitness for this type of work

The UAE residence and previous Dubai work experience are important for proceeding with the Turkish work permit/residence application process.
