Looking for a trustworthy housekeeper and assistant

I am looking for a housekeeper who is trustworthy and is willing to provide assistance in normal day-to-day requirements.  

Main requirements needed:

• Housekeeping
• Laundry
• Light preparation of food and light cooking (only when needed)
• Ironing
• Preparation of grocery list and light management of supplies at home
• Preferably knows how to speak Japanese (not priority)

Compensation will be based on competitive fixed salary plus bonuses on good performance. Friday will be a day off except some morning. Other days off can be requested when needed and upon good performance of daily duties.

I am very lenient, respectful and fair as long as candidates prove they are ethical, respectful and hardworking. I compensate well if I trust the employee.

Accommodation will be in the villa, shared with other co-workers who are serving my parents and rest of the family. All our houseworkers are Filipinos and two of them have been with us for more than 17 years plus - I can share their contacts if candidate wants to know more about the household and work here.

Salary range will be around 20,000 - 25,000php monthly including other amenities.
