Nanny / Childcare & Household Support Assistant

About the Position

We are a vibrant family with three energetic boys aged 4 years, 2 years, and 4 months, seeking a warm, experienced, and trustworthy domestic helper to join our household. Your primary responsibility will be to care for our infant while supporting our older children and managing various household tasks.

This role provides a wonderful opportunity to create a nurturing and structured environment where our children can flourish. We are looking for an individual who can effectively balance childcare responsibilities with household duties, ensuring a safe and organized atmosphere at home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and loving care for our 4-month-old baby, including feeding, diaper changes, hygiene routines, and maintaining proper sleep schedules.

• Assist our grandmother with the care of the baby, stepping in to manage childcare independently as needed.

• Supervise and engage with all three children, upholding daily routines, structure, and appropriate boundaries.

• Prioritize the children’s safety and supervision at all times, ensuring their well-being and security.

• Prepare and pack nutritious school lunches for our older children, promoting healthy eating habits.

• Perform daily household chores, including cleaning, tidying up, laundry, ironing, and general upkeep of the home.

• Collaborate with our existing household helper to create an efficient and harmonious working environment.

• Assist with meal preparation and cooking as needed, ensuring the family enjoys delicious and nutritious meals.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in childcare.

• Proven experience caring for infants under 1 year old is essential.

• Experience in caring for multiple young children simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of infant care principles, child safety, and safeguarding protocols.

• Good communication skills in English are required.

• Must be responsible, organized, proactive, and genuinely enthusiastic about childcare.

• A willingness to learn, follow directions, and work collaboratively as part of a family team is crucial.

• Cooking experience is a valued asset.
