Western family looking for a helper

We are a family of 5. Our kids are 5,7 and 16 years old. We are looking for a helper who is reliable, with positive attitude, good with kids. Ideal candidate can drive and cook (or be willing to learn how to cook) international food.

Husband and me work a lot, and are often away for work, so she would need to be able to work independently and with little or no supervision.
