Western Family looking for a helper

I am looking for someone with good detailed cleaning skills like vacumming, moping, removing dust and cleaning the outdoor. Also she should be excellent at following instructions and feel motivated to improve. She will be in charge of doing laundry and folding clothes, aslo steaming when needeed. She should know the basic cooking in case I am not home. She should always be respectfull with a good attitude and be resposible of keeping the house neat and clean.
