Western Family Looking for an Energetic Afternoon Nanny/Help

The Role

This is a live-out, self sponsor preferred . We are looking for someone who can take initiative and "take the lead" on the boys' schedules once they finish school.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Afternoons/Evenings – exact hours to be discussed).

• Location: The Views, Dubai.

• Start Date: As soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Management: Meeting the boys after school and ensuring they stay on track with their afternoon schedule.

• Activity Coordination: Structuring time for homework, outdoor play, and extracurricular activities.

• Light Household Support: Simple meal prep for the children and keeping their areas tidy and organized.

• Authority & Guidance: We value someone who can set kind but firm boundaries, ensuring the boys balance fun with their responsibilities.

Who You Are

• Self-Sponsored: preferably hold your own visa (spouse/own sponsorship).

• Experienced: Previous experience with school-aged children is essential.

• Confident: You are comfortable taking charge of a schedule without needing constant direction.

• Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English to assist with homework and engage with the family.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with The Views area (or nearby) is a plus for easy commuting.
