Hello, I’m currently working in Hong Kong and have been here almost four years. I will finish on May 10, 2026. I work for a family of three plus a beagle: two adults and one toddler. When I first joined the family, the baby was not yet born, so I mainly took care of the dog and did the cooking and cleaning. After the baby was born, I started caring for him: morning routine, feeding, burping, checking and changing diapers and clothes. While he naps I make my ma’am’s breakfast and do the household chores, always checking the baby from time to time. I record the baby’s activities (what time he drinks milk, urine, poop, vomit, etc.) and I always inform my employers about how he is. If he is happy I send a photo, and if he cries or needs something I let them know so they don’t miss him while they are away.
