Amelia Jojitte

Hello to all prospective employers! My name is Amelia, and I am 45 years old, currently residing in the Philippines. I am seeking a long-term, full-time position. I have a total of 14 years of experience as a Foreign Domestic Helper (FDH)—2 years in Saudi Arabia, 2 years in Malaysia, and 10 years in Hong Kong.

During my first employment, I worked for a Chinese family of six for 4 years. My primary responsibilities included caring for two children aged 5 and 6, as well as managing overall household chores, cooking, and baking. My second employer was an English family of three, for whom I worked for 4 years and 2 months before they relocated to the UK. My duties included household management and pet care (for a medium-sized dog), as well as additional tasks such as gardening, sewing, baking, running errands, and basic computer work. I have a reference letter from them that attests to my performance.

My most recent employer was a single Chinese woman with a dog, a cat, and a snake. My main responsibilities involved caring for her pets and performing general household chores.

I consider myself reliable, trustworthy, hardworking, and cheerful. I adapt easily to new environments and workflows, follow instructions diligently, and can perform my job without supervision. As a Christian with a strong moral compass, I approach my work with integrity and respect. While I may be a bit timid, I greatly value open communication and enjoy discussing my tasks and responsibilities with my employers.
