Hello, ma'am/sir. My name is Anatalia, 51 years old, and Filipino. I want to share a bit about myself. I have 25 years of experience as a domestic helper, mostly here in Hong Kong, where I’ve worked with just four employers, and I also spent two years in Malaysia.

In my previous jobs, I took care of elderly people, including a grandma who was 88 and a grandpa who was 96. My grandpa is bedridden, so my duties included feeding him through a nasogastric tube (NGT), transferring him from his bed to a wheelchair, taking him for sunshine and some light exercises in the park, bathing him, changing his diaper, and giving him medicine. I can communicate in Cantonese, and I also have experience with newborns, toddlers, and pets. My employer terminated our contract, and I will be released on March 31, 2026. I worked independently, and I enjoy cooking, especially Chinese dishes. I’m very eager to learn to cook more kinds of food. I consider myself hardworking, trustworthy, and patient. I always try to work with my heart. I’m really hoping to find a long-term employer where I can stay and work happily and peacefully. Thank you for your time!
