April joy

Hello Ma'am/Sir,

My name is April Joy. I’m 30 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I’m married and I have three kids who are 3, 8, and 10 years old. I’m new to being a Domestic Helper here in Hong Kong; I started my job in October 2025. My current employer is a simple family of professionals, and they have three kids who are 7, 4, and 2 years old. I work with a co-worker, and my job involves household chores and taking care of the children—making sure they're safe, clean, fed, playing with them, and reading storybooks. We also use educational toys to help them learn. Unfortunately, I was terminated, and my last day was on July 20, 2026. The reason for this is that the eldest child needs their own bed, and since the youngest is almost 2 and will soon be in school all day, my employers decided that they only need one helper to save on expenses. I hope you will still consider hiring me. I can cook simple dishes like steaming and roasting in the oven, and I can also fry and make congee for the baby. I’m good at following instructions.
