Hi there, I’m Arlene. I’m 42 years old and from the Philippines. I’ve worked as a Domestic Helper for a total of 11 years. I spent 2 years in Qatar from 2010 to 2012, then 2 more years in Saudi Arabia from 2016 to 2018, and I’ve been in Hong Kong for the last 7 years and 2 months with just one employer. I take care of a family of three — a couple and their 8-year-old son. I started working with them when he was just a year old. I can handle all the household tasks, like cooking, cleaning, shopping for groceries, and even pet care. I can whip up Asian, Chinese, and Western dishes too. I’m comfortable looking after both babies and toddlers. As a mom of three, I know how important it is to be patient with kids. I also have experience caring for elderly people; my employers in Saudi Arabia were older, and I enjoyed taking care of them like they were my own parents. I am hardworking, I listen to instructions well, and I take my responsibilities seriously. I’ve decided to break my contract, and my last working day will be on on December 10, 2026.
