Hi, I'm Arvilyn. I'm 43 years old and I'm from the Philippines. I have two daughters. I’ve been working as a domestic helper here in Hong Kong for over 10 years now. My first job was with one employer for 9 years and 6 months. I started in July 2015 and worked until January 2025, taking care of 4 adults and 2 kids before they relocated to China.

Currently, I'm with my second employer since November 2025. I look after 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 5 and 6. My main tasks include cooking, housekeeping, and taking care of the kids. Due to some personal reasons, I've decided to break my contract, and my last working day will be on November 20, 2026. I like to think of myself as patient and calm. I understand that managing daily chores and the energy of kids or elderly family members takes a lot of emotional strength.
