Bebelyn

My name is Bebelyn, 39 years old, and Filipino. I came to Hong Kong in 2023, and this is my first job here. I take care of two adults and two kids. When I joined this family, the kids were 11 months and 4 years old. Now they are 2 years and 6 years old. I handle all the household chores and look after the kids. I also do some marketing and run errands for my employer. One of my main roles is teaching English to the kids, from phonics to reading books. I'll finish my contract on August 16, 2025, and I'm looking for a new employer. My employers have said that my strengths are in teaching and helping the kids improve their English skills. They really appreciate the progress their kids have made since I started, especially in their English abilities, and they’ve praised my patience and hard work. They often say it’s clear that I love kids, and I really do. I also have training in caring for the elderly, so I'm open to trying that kind of work now, even though I don’t speak Cantonese. I would prefer to have weekdays off. When it comes to cooking, my skills are pretty basic.
