My name is Bernadette, I’m 35 years old, single. I’m from the Philippines. I’ve been working as a domestic helper for 12 years here in Hong Kong. I just started for 12 days with my new employer, they are 2 adults with 2 children (2 and 4 years old). My main duty is child care, cooking, marketing and housekeeping. My employer terminated our contract and I was released on September 12, 2021. Before them, I worked for 8 years with my previous employer, they are 11 members in a family with 4 kids (1,2,9 and 11 years old) 2 elderly (69 and 72 years old) and 2 dogs.
