Hello! I’m Carmelita, I’m 37 years old, single, and I’m from the Philippines. I've spent 12 years working in Oman for one family as a domestic helper. During that time, I took care of my madam's mother for 5 years, which included helping her with feeding, changing her diapers, giving her medications, dressing her, and taking her to doctor appointments. I worked with another household helper in Oman. Before that, I was in Hong Kong for 10 months, where I looked after kids, did house chores, and took care of the cat's cage.
