Hi, I’m Carnalin. I’m 39 years old and from the Philippines. I spent 2 years and 5 months working in Qatar, and last year I did elderly care in Hong Kong for 11 months. I was let go because the elderly lady I took care of moved into home care, so they didn’t need my help anymore. Right now, I’m working in Hong Kong again for about a year, but I’m thinking of breaking my contract because I’m having a hard time meeting my employer's high standards. I mainly take care of housekeeping, cooking, laundry, ironing, and grocery shopping for three adults and one teenager.
