Hello Maam/Sir! I’m currently a domestic helper here in Hong Kong, and my working visa is set to finish on January 31st, 2026. I’ve been working in this role for almost 24 years. I can speak Cantonese fluently because I mostly take care of elderly people, many of whom don’t speak English, so I learned the language from them. I really care for them like they’re my own grandparents. Unfortunately, my current employers, an elderly couple, will be moving to Australia soon to be with their daughter.
