Hi there! My name is Cheril, I’m 31 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I’m a single mom and I have two wonderful kids—a 9-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. I’ve been working as a domestic helper for 5 years, with 4 of those years spent in Saudi Arabia. There, I took care of a family with 2 adults, a teenager, and a younger child. My main duties included cleaning, washing, ironing clothes, taking care of the kids, and helping with cooking. I really enjoyed working with that family.

Currently, I’m in Hong Kong, where I’ve been a domestic helper for 1 year and 2 months. I’m looking after a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. My duties here also include cleaning, cooking, washing, ironing, and picking up and taking the kids to school. I also help take care of their cat. For personal reasons, I’ve decided to break my contract, and my last working day will be on October 10, 2026. I’m now looking for a new employer.
