Hi, I’m Cherilyn. I’m 36 years old and my birthday is on August 12, 1989. I’m a single parent with a 12-year-old son. I’ve worked as a helper in the Philippines for almost two years, from 2014 to 2016. After that, I was a service crew member for four years. Right now, I’m a domestic helper in Hong Kong, and I've been here for about ten months. I consider myself to be kind, honest, and trustworthy. I take pride in my work and I can do my job well without needing much supervision. I’m a fast learner and I’m always open to learning new things. I’m really enthusiastic about life and I love cooking. My strongest values are honesty, trust, and open communication.

Currently, my contract is ending because my employer has decided to hire a new helper. She mentioned she needs someone for her mother’s house since her mom is sick, and she cannot afford to pay both of us at the same time. That’s why I’m in this situation.

In my job, I’ve taken care of her two children, ages 7 and 14. My responsibilities included picking the kids up from school, washing the car, caring for two pets, cooking, cleaning, and ironing.
