Hi, I'm Chona, and I'm 30 years old. I have three years of experience as a domestic helper, with two of those years spent in Singapore. There, I looked after four adults, including an elderly lady who is 64 and a gentleman who is 72. I shared the responsibilities with another helper, and my tasks included household work like cooking, laundry, ironing, and pet care. One of my main duties was to accompany the lady to her hospital appointments. I completed my contract there.

Currently, I'm in Hong Kong, taking care of an 81-year-old woman we call Popo. I've been working for this family for 1 year and 5 months. My work here includes cooking, doing laundry by hand or using the washing machine, and sometimes going out for groceries. I also take Popo to her physiotherapy sessions at the hospital, and we do some home exercises and walking every day together. Unfortunately, my contract will be terminated, and I will be released on July 30, 2026, because Popo will be moving to a nursing home due to her health issues.
