Hi, I'm Christine. I'm 39 years old and I'm from the Philippines. I'm married and have two kids: a 19-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter. I have 10 years of experience working as a domestic helper in different countries. My first job abroad was in Kuwait back in 2015, where I worked for 2 years and 6 months. My main duties included cooking meals for the family, cleaning, and doing laundry. Most of my work was in the kitchen, as I had help around the house. The family was quite big with many children, but they have all grown up now and no longer need a nanny.

Then, I moved to Saudi Arabia, where I worked with one employer in Riyadh for 6 years, from 2018 to 2024. My duties were to keep the house clean, cook, do laundry, wash the car sometimes, and handle grocery shopping. About two years into my time there, they had a baby boy, and I also helped take care of him as a newborn. I was responsible for feeding him, bathing him, and looking after his needs until he was almost four, including making his meals and taking him to and from school. Overall, there were about three or four helpers in the house.

Currently, I'm in Hong Kong, where I've been working since October 2024 with my present employer. My main responsibility is taking care of a baby girl who is 1 year and 6 months old. I handle cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and taking her to school and back. I prepare her meals, feed her, and play with her. I cook sometimes, but most of the time, my madam cooks for us since she doesn't have another job. I will finish my contract on October 18, 2026.
