Hi, I'm Cyndrela, and I'm 44 years old. I've spent the last 17 years working as a domestic helper in Hong Kong with just one employer, looking after a Chinese family with 4 adults and 2 kids. My daily tasks include keeping the house clean, doing laundry, and ironing to make sure everything is tidy and safe. I also plan meals and cook healthy food for the family, taking into account any dietary needs they have. In addition to that, I care for two children aged 8 and 10, helping with their school snacks and breakfast. Sometimes I take their lunch to school and pick them up from the bus stop after school, then help them with their activities. I also assist them with bathing and English homework. My contract is terminated, and I will be released on October 19, 2026. I'm looking for a new employer and hope to find one soon.
